Uric acid is rapidly destroying joints: 5 habits we don’t notice.

The truth is that many people bring themselves to this state – without even realizing it.

The reason often lies not only in food or genetics, but in daily habits that seem to have nothing to do with joints – but actually destroy them from the inside.

What are these habits? You’ll be surprised – because most of us have them.

Mini-test: Is it time to worry?

Check yourself and answer honestly:

• Are your fingers or feet stiff in the morning, as if they were made of wood?

• Do your knees creak and hurt until you “move” them?

• Sometimes your joint hurts, but then it goes away on its own?

• After eating meat or smoked foods, do you feel like your joints are “on fire”?

• Swollen toes, ankles or feet – are your shoes suddenly tight?

👉If you recognize two or more signs, don’t ignore them. This could be a hidden signal that uric acid has already started to accumulate.

Why does uric acid rise even when you eat healthy?

You try hard – you avoid fat, you don’t drink soda, you watch what you eat.

But the joints still hurt.

Why? Because it’s not all about food. Here are a few important factors:

• You drink too little water. The body cannot flush out uric acid without enough fluids. If it doesn’t get enough, it stays in the blood and gets deposited in the joints.

• Your kidneys may be working less well. As you age, their ability to clean the blood decreases, especially if they are already “tired” from medications, stress, high blood pressure, etc.

• Move a little . A sedentary lifestyle impairs blood circulation. This reduces the flow of nutrients to the joints and facilitates the accumulation of acid.

• After 50 years of age, the body has more difficulty excreting urates . Especially in women after menopause, when the hormonal balance changes and no longer protects tissues as well as before.

➡️Conclusion: Diet is only part of the solution. A more comprehensive approach is needed.
