No-knead bread, I don’t want any other

Ingredients
2 teaspoons of salt
400 ml of water
1.5 teaspoons of dry yeast
600 g of flour type 1050
a little flour for processing
the dough Preparation
1. First, mix the dry ingredients, add 400 ml of water and mix with your hands, do not knead. Cover with cling film in a bowl and let it rise at room temperature for at least 12 hours, max. 24 hours.
2. Then transfer the dough to a floured work surface. Sprinkle with flour. Stretch the dough lengthwise and fold it inward once on each side. Shape a round loaf with your hands, place it on a well-floured tea towel.
