Ingredients
2 teaspoons of salt
400 ml of water
1.5 teaspoons of dry yeast
600 g of flour type 1050
a little flour for processing
the dough Preparation
1. First, mix the dry ingredients, add 400 ml of water and mix with your hands, do not knead. Cover with cling film in a bowl and let it rise at room temperature for at least 12 hours, max. 24 hours.
2. Then transfer the dough to a floured work surface. Sprinkle with flour. Dough lengthwise
and fold once inward on each side over the other. Shape a round loaf with your hands, place it on a well-floured tea towel.
3. Now cover with another tea towel and let it rest for 1 hour. Then turn the dough into a glass pan using the tea towel. Cover the pan with aluminum foil. Cover the loaf and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
