White Chocolate Cranberry Pecan Clusters

Directions

 

 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the white chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl in the microwave, stirring between 30-second intervals until smooth.
  3. Stir in dried cranberries, pecan halves, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
  4. Drop clusters of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet using a spoon.
  5. Allow the clusters to set at room temperature until the white chocolate hardens.
  6. Once set, the White Chocolate Cranberry Pecan Clusters are ready to be enjoyed!
