1. Hydrate From the Inside and Out

  • Use a nail and cuticle oil (jojoba, vitamin E, or almond oil)

  • Apply hand cream after washing hands

Well-hydrated nails look smoother and are less prone to cracking.

2. Be Gentle With Your Nails

  • Avoid aggressive buffing

  • Don’t use nails as tools

  • Wear gloves when cleaning or washing dishes
