Warm Cinnamon Sugar Apple Loaf

Preheat & prep
Preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F.
Grease and line a 9×5-inch (23×13 cm) loaf pan with parchment.
Mix dry ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
Mix wet ingredients
In another bowl, whisk oil, eggs, and milk until smooth.
Combine
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Stir gently just until combined (do not overmix).
Fold in apples
Gently fold diced apples into the batter.
Assemble
Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.
Add topping
Mix sugar and cinnamon for topping. Sprinkle evenly over batter.
Bake
Bake 45–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool & serve
Cool in pan 10 minutes, then transfer to a rack. Slice warm or at room temperature.
Tips & Variations
• Add ½ tsp vanilla extract for extra warmth
• Fold in ½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans
• Drizzle with honey or simple glaze for extra sweetness
• Keeps well wrapped for 3 days, or freeze slices up to 2 months
