The real traditional Piedmontese salad

200g diced ham

_ 400g of Tomato

_ 600g of firm-fleshed potatoes cooked in the skin for about 30 minutes

_ 3 hard-boiled eggs

_ 8 Large pickles

_150g Mayonnaise

_ 2 tbsp Light cream at 15

_ 1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar

_ 1 tbsp chopped parsley

_ Salt + Pepper
