  • 2 large eggs
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar or 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup (100 ml) milk
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp (20 g) melted butter, cooled
  • Zest of 1 lemon
