Pan Scored Potatoes

Directions:

 

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare the Potatoes
Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly.
Use a sharp knife to score each potato with crisscross cuts about 1/4 inch deep across the top.

Season
Place the potatoes on a baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary.
Brush the mixture generously over the scored potatoes, making sure the oil gets into the cuts.

Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 35–40 minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Cool and Serve
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
