Instructions
1. Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a bundt pan thoroughly.
2. Mix Dry Ingredients
In a bowl, whisk or sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
3. Cream Butter and Sugar
In a stand mixer, beat the softened butter on medium speed until creamy. Gradually add sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
4. Add Eggs
Add eggs one at a time, mixing until just blended after each addition.
5. Combine Dry and Wet Ingredients

Add ⅓ of the flour mixture and mix until just combined.

Add ½ of the condensed milk and mix again.

Repeat the steps above, ending with the final ⅓ of the flour.
Do not overmix.
6. Add Flavorings
Mix in the vanilla, key lime zest, and key lime juice until just combined.
7. Bake the Cake
Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
8. Cool the Cake
Let the cake cool in the pan for 15–20 minutes. Then remove and place on a wire rack to cool completely.
9. Prepare the Glaze
In a bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, key lime juice, vanilla, and zest until smooth.
10. Glaze the Cake
Drizzle or brush the glaze over the top and sides of the cooled cake. Allow the glaze to set for at least 1 hour before slicing.
