Homemade Chocolate Cobbler – Warm, Gooey & Melt-in-Your-Mouth Delicious!

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
Stir in milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth. Pour batter into the prepared dish.
In a separate bowl, mix white sugar, brown sugar, and cocoa powder. Sprinkle evenly over the batter (don’t stir!).
Carefully pour hot water over the top – again, do NOT stir.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is set and a fudgy sauce is bubbling underneath.
Let sit for 5–10 minutes before serving.

Tips:

Best served warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
The magic sauce forms on its own – don’t be tempted to stir after adding the hot water!
Total Time:
Prep: 10 mins
Bake: 35–40 mins
Enjoy your homemade Chocolate Cobbler!
