For the Cream Cheese Frosting:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
4 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2–3 tbsp pineapple juice (from the can, for flavor)
For Garnish:
Fresh pineapple chunks or rings
