Fluffy Orange-Infused Pancakes

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk, vanilla extract, melted butter, and orange juice. Mix well.
  3. Gradually combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. If you want extra flavor, fold in the orange zest.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
