Instructions:
- Place raw ground beef into a very small saucepan or mini crockpot and add boiling water.
- Break up beef so that it’s in very fine pieces.
- Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
- Simmer on low on top of the stove, stirring occasionally for about 1 1/2 hours, or in a crockpot on low for about 2 hours.
