Prepare the chicken
If not using rotisserie or canned chicken, boil chicken until fully cooked and shred. -
Make the filling
In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, bacon, sour cream, and ranch seasoning. -
Add cheese
Stir in half of the shredded cheese. -
Prepare biscuits
Cut junior biscuits into quarters. -
Combine
Gently fold the biscuit pieces into the chicken mixture. -
Preheat and grease
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a casserole dish with cooking spray or olive oil. -
Assemble casserole
Pour the chicken and biscuit mixture into the prepared dish. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top. -
Bake
Bake for 40 minutes, or until the casserole is golden brown and bubbly. -
Serve
Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm.
