Chicken Bubble Biscuit Bake Casserole

  1. Prepare the chicken
    If not using rotisserie or canned chicken, boil chicken until fully cooked and shred.

  2. Make the filling
    In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, bacon, sour cream, and ranch seasoning.

  3. Add cheese
    Stir in half of the shredded cheese.

  4. Prepare biscuits
    Cut junior biscuits into quarters.

  5. Combine
    Gently fold the biscuit pieces into the chicken mixture.

  6. Preheat and grease
    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a casserole dish with cooking spray or olive oil.

  7. Assemble casserole
    Pour the chicken and biscuit mixture into the prepared dish. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top.

  8. Bake
    Bake for 40 minutes, or until the casserole is golden brown and bubbly.

  9. Serve
    Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm.
