Apple Pie Bread

Instructions

 

  1. Preheat Oven – Heat oven to 325°F (160°C).

  2. Prepare Pans – Grease two loaf pans with butter or cooking spray.

  3. Mash Filling – Use a fork to mash the apple pie filling.

  4. Chop Apple – Dice the fresh apple into small pieces.

  5. Beat Eggs – Lightly whisk the eggs with a fork.

  6. Mix Dry Ingredients – In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, flour, and 1 tablespoon cinnamon.

  7. Add Wet Ingredients – Stir in the mashed apple filling and beaten eggs until combined.

  8. Fold in Apples – Gently mix in the chopped apples.

  9. Fill Pans – Divide the batter evenly between the two prepared loaf pans.

  10. Topping – Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top of each loaf.

  11. Bake – Bake for 35–45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  12. Cool – Let the loaves cool in the pans for a few minutes before removing.

  13. Serve – Slice and enjoy warm or at room temperature.
