Prepare Pans – Grease two loaf pans with butter or cooking spray.

Mash Filling – Use a fork to mash the apple pie filling.

Chop Apple – Dice the fresh apple into small pieces.

Beat Eggs – Lightly whisk the eggs with a fork.

Mix Dry Ingredients – In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, flour, and 1 tablespoon cinnamon.

Add Wet Ingredients – Stir in the mashed apple filling and beaten eggs until combined.

Fold in Apples – Gently mix in the chopped apples.

Fill Pans – Divide the batter evenly between the two prepared loaf pans.

Topping – Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top of each loaf.

Bake – Bake for 35–45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cool – Let the loaves cool in the pans for a few minutes before removing.
