Canned Peaches in Light Syrup (Full Recipe)

🍑 Ingredients (for 4 jars – 500 ml each)

For the Peaches
8–10 ripe peaches (about 2 kg)

1–2 tbsp lemon juice (to prevent browning)

Cold water (for soaking)

For the Syrup
Choose your sweetness level:

Light Syrup

1 cup sugar

4 cups water

Medium Syrup (more classic)

1½ cups sugar

4 cups water

Heavy Syrup (very sweet & dessert-style)

2 cups sugar

4 cups water
