- 1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar or 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup (100 ml) milk
- 1 1/2 Tbsp (20 g) melted butter, cooled
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2/3 cup (80 g) all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4–5 medium apples, peeled, cored, and very thinly sliced
