- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies, drained very well
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups Bisquick or self-rising flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1/2 tsp onion powder (optional)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
