Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F.

Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.

Press the mixture into a pie pan to form the crust.

Bake the crust forĀ 10 minutes, then let it cool.

In a bowl, whisk egg yolks and condensed milk.

Add lime juice and zest, then mix well.

Pour the filling over the crust.

Let it cool, then refrigerate for at leastĀ 2 hours.
